Gruber's On-Line Mission:
Gruber's has been in business for 27 years now. We currently are unable to offer 100% accuracy of items listed on
the web as our brick & mortar store is selling the items at the same time .
With this being the case, we are currently choosing not to process payments
directly at this time. We want to ensure that your order is available and
correct before we ever process your information.
Once
we are sure that your items are available, then we run your card and get it ready to
ship out.
If any item is unavailable we will notify you and ask if you wish to substitute
it for any other item or if you wish to take the order as is. As we take
new steps to streamline our site, we will keep you informed of the changes.
Privacy:
Gruber's has no intentions of ever sharing any
information that is gathered with any outside organizations. In the event
that ever changes, we will notify you right away of our intentions and give you
a chance to opt-out of any such information
sharing. Again, let us say, we have no such intentions of ever doing this.

Our shopping cart is hosted on a secure server,
and anytime information is entered by you

Shipping:
Currently we are shipping based on your basket total price range.
*Shipping costs for products being shipped outside the
Contiguous United States will be handled on a case by case basis.

= $1.00
$10.01 - $20.00 = $4.00
$20.01 - $40.00 = $6.00
$40.01 - $50.00 = $7.00
$50.01 - Higher = Free

Gruber's Return Policy:
No Exchanges or Returns on Books, Patterns, and Fabric cut
from the bolt. Items may be returned within 90 days from date of purchase and
must have original sales receipt. Some items require a restocking fee of
15%. Shipping costs are non-refundable on
returns / exchanges.
